The Archer Watch straps mission
Our early vision was clear: to bring comfortable, stylish, easy to swap watch straps to a wider audience. We wanted to bring thoughtful design and aesthetics to the market at a price that was within reach. We've always loved watches, and wanted to focus on the idea of allowing users to accessorize to fit their moods, their outfits, or the occasion, instantly. Our motto of “Change your look, not your watch” felt right to us from the beginning, and has held true ever since — as we continue to design new straps and colors for traditional and smart watches.
The founders
Back in the early days of 2016, Archer Watch Straps was born out of an apartment in Venice, California. The founders, Josh Silfen and TJ Hellmuth — longtime friends, cinematographers, and watch enthusiasts — set out to find a passion project as something of a side hustle. Many years and over a million watch straps later, Archer Watch Straps is still going strong. We offer straps in a variety of materials, colors and sizes to watch enthusiasts, builders, and modders around the world.
